Art of Charcuterie with Shelli

The Art of Charcuterie is a fun and interactive event where you will get the best professional tips from Charcuterie by Shelli. Covered will be: how to shop, to prepare, and to arrange a beautiful board that will wow your guests. You will get to taste the most popular gourmet cheeses and see how to make salami roses and pepperoni ribbons. All materials will be provided and each person will take home a beautiful Acacia wood board, a cheese knife, and the food on your board unless you eat it all before you leave! This is a BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverage) event, so grab a friend or two, a bottle of your favorite bubbly, and get ready to have a great time. Limited spots available, $115 per student.
