Foundations Medical Center is offering CIMT testing on November 6th, 2019, open to the public. This is a non-invasive screening to determine your risks of heart attack and stroke. We are doing this as a service to our patients and members of the community to promote a pro-active and healthy lifestyle. By giving you knowledge, you can take control of your health and together, we can formulate a plan to keep you on the road to feeling great and preventing illness.
