A two-course meal prepared by our Executive Chef and his team await you aboard the 125' Solaris Yacht. Menu includes fresh Gulf Shrimp and Smoked Gouda Grits, Herb-Crusted Pork Tenderloin, SOLARIS Prosciutto Cups, Cajun Style Biscuits and Gravy and Roasted Vegetable Firttata.
