Summary:  Act as Liaison between Owners, Guests and the Management Company.  Provides friendly, courteous service and follow up.  First contact for all issues, requests and questions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

•    Field issues and requests for owners and guests.  
•    Maintain condition and damage control for homes/units. 
•    Office work such as answering phones, typing, filing, emailing.  
•    Securing reservation bookings and speaking with guests.  
•    Meet guests at check-in. 
•    Manage homeowner projects.  
•    Check on cleanliness of homes/units.  
•    Handle guest and employee concerns expeditiously in a manner which is beneficial to all involved.  
•    Work directly with Maintenance and Housekeeping employees/contractors.  
•    Complete daily paperwork.  
•    Other duties may be assigned.

*Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's License.
