Caring and Sharing of South Walton

Caring & Sharing of South Walton's primary function is to provide food pantry assistance twice a month to residents of Walton County. When receiving food assistance families can also receive diapers, formula, baby food and hygiene items. Financial assistance is offered to South Walton County residents who meet requirements. This may include assistance with past due utility bills , prescription costs, clothing and household items from our thrift store. In 2019 we started a new program called Communities of Transformation ( COT) to help under- resourced families move from '' Striving to Thriving'' . This weekly program provides dinner, childcare, and long-term mentoring for participants.
